Standing Offers & Procurement Partnerships

The Attain Group engages with federal government departments and agencies under these arrangements:
- Attain is qualified to supply resources for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) under the Technical, Engineering and Maintenance Services Supply Arrangement (TEMS SA), Stream 3: Telecommunications Services.
- Attain's partnership with Promaxis Systems also allows procurement of our resources under all other Streams of the TEMS SA, in particular Stream 1: General Administration Services.
- Attain's partnership with Canada Job One allows procurement of our services through a number of Standing Offers and other contracting vehicles available to Federal Government departments and agencies.
- Attain's partnership with SNC Lavalin ProFac as an authorized supplier for professional services for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) facilities is also a means of procurement.
