Telecom Technical Audit
Before work begins on a new building project or re-fit, a technical audit is generally performed. This ensures that the proposed design accommodates the appropriate infrastructure, pathways, spaces and carrier requirements necessary to meet the immediate and future needs of tenants and the building owner, and verifies the design against building and fire codes.
The Attain Group provides the telecommunications expertise necessary to complete the telecommunications component of a technical audit. By engaging our team, you prevent the need for after-the-fact design changes, and eliminate costly oversights related to tenant connectivity needs.
The Attain Group will:
- Consider both inside and outside plant infrastructures, ensuring that telecom rooms are sufficient and appropriately placed.
- Assess conduit and tray to ensure that sufficient pathways for low-voltage systems are incorporated into the building design.
- Through our Wireless Services, ensure that wireless rooftop telecommunications infrastructure has been considered and sufficiently planned for.
- Review proposed telecommunications products, or make recommendations to suit the project goals, budget, and tenant needs.
Our technical audit services can encompass all low-voltage communications systems, including telecommunications, networking, paging systems, security systems, and more. Once the audit is complete, we may be engaged to provide telecommunications design-build services.
