The Attain Infrastructure Management (AIM) Program is a full-service maintenance contract much like what you would expect from your elevator or HVAC contractors. It provides building owners and their tenants with a single point of contact and qualified oversight for all telecommunication needs. The objectives of the AIM program are to:

The service unfolds following these steps:
Step 1: Learn what you have – Telecom Building Condition Report
The Attain Group will perform a survey of the telecom infrastructure in the building. The survey starts in the basement at the main telecom entrance and ends on the roof with a survey of the antennas. The resulting Telecom Building Condition Report (TBCR) is a comprehensive and detailed report of the survey findings which includes short- and long-term recommendations, associated budgets, and a quick reference scorecard.
Step 2: Understand its condition – Recommendations & Client Review
The Attain Group will present the TBCR, educate you about the nature and condition of your telecommunications infrastructure, and explain what it means to you.
Step 3: Learn what to do – Telecom Management Program
Together with The Attain Group, you will develop a telecommunications management plan for the future based on the findings and recommendations in the TBCR.
Step 4: Develop the budget – Telecom Budget & Lifecycle Planning
Once the management plan is in place, The Attain Group will help you prepare a budget for maintenance and capital expenditures based on the TBCR.
Step 5: Get it done - Implementation
The Attain Group’s Centre of Expertise will guide you through the implementation of the management plan.
Step 6: Maintain – Preventative Maintenance
Together with The Attain Group, you will develop standards and operating procedures to put in place to ensure the integrity of the telecom infrastructure is never compromised.
